Use the “Dynamic or Modify” editing function of Google Photos, and then continuously overlap to maximize the effect, and then filter the copies to the remaining one.
You can create up to five versions of a photo. The first version only uses Modify, the second version only uses Dynamic, the third version uses Modify then Dynamic, the fourth version uses Dynamic then Modify, and the fifth version uses Dynamic and Modify alternating between each copy.
Once all versions are complete, you can choose to increase the saturation, setting it to 50 or 100% for each copy of the saturation.
